Best things to put in a workout smoothie (for best performance/recovery):
Also tbh this smoothie with all the stuff it has, would be pretty disgusting
Just mix and match stuff that would taste good together.
(don't mix base and acids)

You'll need:
• 1.5 cups of Milk
• Bananas or berries
• 1-2 scoops of protein powder with amino acids
• Pineapple juice
• Watermelon juice
• goji berries
• 2 tablespoons of Pumpkin seeds
• Some broccoli or cauliflower
• Beetsroot juice or just beets
• Some Spinach
• 2 tablets of vitamin C
• 2 Squares of Dark chocolate or a teaspoon of cacoa

(Optional) 0.2 grams of BCAAs per kilogram of bodyweight.
(Optional) ashwagandha
(Optional beets contain it) Betaine Anhydrous supplement (or its other name is trimethylglycine)
(Optional) Hawaiian Astaxanthin supplement
(Optional) phenylalanine supplement
(Optional) Korean mistletoe
(Optional) 5g of Creatine and a teaspoon of Waxy Maize Starch (Article on taking creatine properly)
(Optional) a little curcumin
(Optional) 150mg of Saffron
(Optional) beta-alanine supplement
(Optional) a little bit of sarsaparilla (drink)

Mix what you want in a blender and drink!

You can also drink lemon water its more refreshing.
I don't remember where i read it, but i heard increasing your alkalinity after a workout can help recovery or something.
1-2 teaspoons of Baking soda + water should work for that.
