Super workout smoothie (for best performance/recovery):
Also tbh this smoothie with all the stuff it has, would be pretty disgusting
Just mix and match stuff that would taste good together.

  • You'll need:
  • 1.5 cups of Milk
  • Bananas or berries
  • 1-2 scoops of protein powder with amino acids
  • Pineapple juice
  • Watermelon juice
  • goji berries
  • 2 tablespoons of Pumpkin seeds
  • Some broccoli or cauliflower
  • Beetsroot juice or just beets
  • Some Spinach
  • 2 tablets of vitamin C
  • 2 Squares of Dark chocolate or a teaspoon of cacoa

  • (Optional) 0.2 grams of BCAAs per kilogram of bodyweight.
  • (Optional) ashwagandha
  • (Optional beets contain it) Betaine Anhydrous supplement (or its other name is trimethylglycine)
  • (Optional) Hawaiian Astaxanthin supplement
  • (Optional) phenylalanine supplement
  • (Optional) Korean mistletoe
  • (Optional) 5g of Creatine and a teaspoon of Waxy Maize Starch (Article on taking creatine properly)
  • (Optional) a little curcumin
  • (Optional) 150mg of Saffron
  • (Optional) beta-alanine supplement
  • (Optional) a little bit of sarsaparilla (drink)

Mix what you have in a blender and drink!

You can also drink lemon water its more refreshing.
I don't remember where i read it, but i heard increasing your alkalinity after a workout can help recovery or something.
1-2 teaspoons of Baking soda + water should work for that.
