Super workout smoothie (for best performance/recovery):
Also tbh this smoothie with all the stuff it has, would be pretty disgusting
Just mix and match stuff that would taste good together.
- You'll need:
- 1.5 cups of Milk
- Bananas or berries
- 1-2 scoops of protein powder with amino acids
- Pineapple juice
- Watermelon juice
- goji berries
- 2 tablespoons of Pumpkin seeds
- Some broccoli or cauliflower
- Beetsroot juice or just beets
- Some Spinach
- 2 tablets of vitamin C
- 2 Squares of Dark chocolate or a teaspoon of cacoa
- (Optional) 0.2 grams of BCAAs per kilogram of bodyweight.
- (Optional) ashwagandha
- (Optional beets contain it) Betaine Anhydrous supplement (or its other name is trimethylglycine)
- (Optional) Hawaiian Astaxanthin supplement
- (Optional) phenylalanine supplement
- (Optional) Korean mistletoe
- (Optional) 5g of Creatine and a teaspoon of Waxy Maize Starch (Article on taking creatine properly)
- (Optional) a little curcumin
- (Optional) 150mg of Saffron
- (Optional) beta-alanine supplement
- (Optional) a little bit of sarsaparilla (drink)
Mix what you have in a blender and drink!
Other drinks:
You can also drink lemon water its more refreshing.
I don't remember where i read it, but i heard increasing your alkalinity after a workout can help recovery or something.
1-2 teaspoons of Baking soda + water should work for that.
